### 3.7.264. Two-dimensional orthogonal packing

A constraint that can be used to model the two-dimensional orthogonal packing problem. Given a set of rectangles pack them into a rectangular  placement space. Borders of the rectangles should be parallel to the borders of the  placement space and rectangles should not overlap. Some variants of strip packing allow to rotate rectangles from 90 degrees.
